If you are not satisfied we are happy to provide a refund/exchange based on our returns policy set out below:
WHAT can be returned and exchanged?
All full-priced items and sale-priced items (excluding FINAL SALE items*) can be returned to us within 30 days of purchase for either an exchange or refund.
*All FINAL SALE marked items can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. No refunds on FINAL SALE items unless they are deemed faulty by us. No exceptions.
The maximum number of times you can make an exchange is twice per order. We want you to have the best fit, so if it's not quite right we are happy to process an exchange.
Please follow the requirements for returns/exchanges below:
- Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a returns/exchange form.
- Returned garments must be in original sellable condition, unworn and unwashed with no marks or stains and with all original undamaged sewn-in labels and tags attached.
DO I need to return the whole set?
No, you can return a single item if that is your preference.
CAN I exchange an item for change of mind?
Yes, you can exchange a full-priced and sale item including products marked FINAL SALE if you change your mind. Please email us at email@example.com so we can help you with this.
Please note: you will need to cover the postage cost of returning the original item to us to be exchanged. We recommend you use a trackable postage method as we cannot exchange your purchase if the parcel gets lost. Once your returned item has been received by us we will send you the exchanged item. You will receive an email from us with tracking information for your exchanged item/s when shipped.
WHAT if my order arrives damaged?
Whilst we hope this never happens if you do receive a damaged item or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
HOW do customers return items?
Please email us at email@example.com to obtain a returns form. Please complete this form and return to us along with any returns/exchanges following the guidelines set out in this returns policy.
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Please send your returns/exchanges along with the completed returns form to our Australian warehouse. The address for our Australian warehouse is on the returns form we email through to you when you make your return/exchange request.
SHIPPING for returns?
The shipping cost for returns to NARAN Lingerie is not covered or reimbursed by us. We recommend you send your returns to us by a trackable postage method. If the parcel gets lost and cannot be tracked then we are not able to provide you with a refund or exchange. You can re-use the packaging the garment was sent to you in. Make sure you cover the original address.
Approved refunds will be processed within five business days after we receive the returned item. Any refunds we make will be by the same payment method you used to purchase the product.
Please note: All delivery charges are non-refundable and you are required to meet the cost of returning the item/s to us unless the goods are deemed faulty by us.
You can re-use the packaging your purchase was sent to you in. Please ensure you cover the original address.
