Reward points can only be redeemed for discount and shipping vouchers (depending on location) for use at naranlingerie.com. They cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred. Any points remaining after company closure will be deleted.

When your charm balance reaches different levels you receive a Reward Voucher.
TIER 1: Rising Sun
When your charm balance reaches 500 you receive a $5 Reward Voucher.
TIER 2: Shooting Star
When your charm balance reaches 1000 you receive a $10 Reward Voucher.
TIER 3: POT OF GOLD
When your charm balance reaches 1500 you receive a $15 Reward Voucher.
How to redeem your points
Follow these steps to redeem your rewards. Before completing your purchase create your discount code by doing the following:
- Log in to redeem your points.
- Go to "Ways to Redeem" and select the option that suits you best.
- Click on "Redeem" to generate your discount code.
- Click "Apply Code" to automatically apply the code to your checkout.
IMPORTANT:
If a reward is redeemed and not applied (not used), you can still find it by going to your rewards panel under “Your Rewards” section. You can still redeem the unused rewards at any time.
